Manage edit comments and new faq permissions

As an admin you can choose who can edit their comments and if agents are allowed to submit new FAQs from their ticket comment.

To manage editing comments and faq generation rights:

  1. Browse to CSSJockey >> SupportEzzy >> App Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page.
  2. You can manage these permissions under Extended Permissions section.
