Customize Email Messages
This app sends email notifications to clients, agents and admin on various occasions and you can practically change everything for all these emails. You can change the subject lines and email messages with dynamic variables for:
- New ticket notifications
- New comment notifications
- Updated comment notifications
- Ticket status change notifications
- Ticket transferred notifications
- New FAQ submitted notifications
To customize email messages
- Browse to CSSJockey >> SupportEzzy >> Customize Email Messages and select appropriate sub-menu to update the subjects and email messages for above mentioned notifications.
- First sub-menu is Dynamic Variables where you will find all %%variable_names%% that you can use within the subject lines and email messages.
