Branding your support app

Changing Company Name and Email address

  1. Browse to CSSJockey >> SupportEzzy >> App Settings
  2. On this page you can change your Company Name and Email address.
  3. All emails are sent via no-reply@DOMAIN.COM and this email address domain is used to create the no-reply email.
  4. You can also upload your company logo, if you don’t specify any image file for the logo, your company name will be displayed instead.

Customize Support App Colors

  1. Browse to CSSJockey >> SupportEzzy >> App Settings
  2. On this page you can choose any colors for the navigation background, navigation text and link colors.

Choose App Template

  1. Browse to CSSJockey >> SupportEzzy >> App Settings
  2. On this page you can choose any template from the available templates.
